Dr Corrie Studd
Dr Corrie Studd is the principal Gastroenterologist at Central Gastroenterology Hobart.
Dr Studd grew up on the North-West of Tasmania before moving to Hobart to study Medicine. After graduating, he worked in Australia and the United Kingdom, before undertaking specialist Gastroenterology training in Western Australia.
Dr Studd then completed a Doctor of Medical Sciences, sub-specialising in Inflammatory Bowel Disease at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne. He returned to Tasmania in 2012 and works in private practice and at the Hobart Private Hospital and Hobart Specialist Day Hospital.
Dr Studd consults across all aspects of Gastroenterology and has a special interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
He performs Colonoscopy, Gastroscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy.
